We do our best to complete sod and hydroseeding projects as quickly as possible. However, timelines may shift due to:

Vendor supply delays
Soil or grading issues discovered during preparation
Seasonal demand

Mankato Sod & Hydroseed is not liable for delays outside of our control.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation, customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact and property information
Ensure access to the work area
Remove obstacles (pets, vehicles, personal items)
Notify us of underground utilities or irrigation systems

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground infrastructure.

Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon project completion.

Late or non-payment may result in service interruption or additional charges.

Guarantees & Limitations

We guarantee high-quality workmanship and use of premium sod and hydroseed blends.

However, we cannot guarantee results if proper aftercare is not followed.

Mowing practices
Fertilization
Pest management

After installation, the customer is responsible for ongoing care unless a maintenance plan is purchased.

Limitation of Liability

Mankato Sod & Hydroseed is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
